The controller of your personal data is Mgr. Hana Havlíčková, with its registered office at Grégrova 940/4, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, ID (IČO): 623 42 185 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

1. What data do I process and why?

I process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Performance of a Contract: (first name, surname, e-mail, telephone, billing address) – to enable the execution of the translation, communicate with you regarding deadlines, and invoice for services.

• Accounting and Tax Records: Based on a legal obligation, I must archive invoices and accounting documents.

• Payment Processing: Data necessary for payment (card number, holder's name) are entered directly into the secure interface of the GoPay payment gateway. I do not see or store this sensitive data.

2. To whom do I transfer the data?

Your personal data is safe. However, for the proper operation of the services, I transfer it to the following processors:

• The payment gateway provider (GOPAY s.r.o.) for the purpose of processing the payment.

• External accounting/tax advisor.

• Hosting and e-mail service providers.

3. How long do I retain the data?

• I retain data for the performance of the contract for the duration of the assignment.

• I retain billing data for a period of 10 years, as required by the VAT/Accounting Act.
